Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

All products are handmade to order based on your selected specifications. Items are not held in stock and are made fresh for each order.

You are responsible for ensuring all measurements, selections, and order details are correct at the time of purchase. Measuring guidance is available in the FAQ.

Items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements or selections are not eligible for return or exchange.

Due to the bespoke nature of made to order items, modifications, exchanges, or returns may not be possible once an order has been placed.

If you are unsure about any aspect of your order, please get in touch before purchasing.


Processing Time

The time required to make and prepare your order is shown on each product listing and is typically 6–9 working days.

Orders are produced on a first-come, first-served basis.
Timeframes may vary during busy periods.


Delivery

Free UK delivery applies to mainland UK only and excludes Northern Ireland, islands, and certain postcode areas where courier surcharges apply.

AB35–AB38, AB53–AB56, FK17–FK22, HS, IM, IV, KA27–KA28, KW, PA17–PA18, PA20–PA38, PA41–PA80, PH3, PH5–PH7, PH10–PH11, PH13–PH50, PO30–PO33, PO35–PO41, TR21–TR25, ZE, BT, JE, GY, BFPO

Standard delivery is a 2–4 working day courier service, in addition to processing time.

Typical fulfilment timeframe from order:

  • Homewares: 8–12 working days
  • Sculptures & art: 2–3 weeks

Tracking details will be provided on dispatch.


Delivery Issues

All items are packaged carefully; however, courier damage can occasionally occur.

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Please get in touch as soon as possible
  • Provide clear photos of both the packaging and the item

All orders are insured and issues will be resolved promptly.


Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or repeated missed delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery. Free delivery is offered once only.


International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Delays caused by customs are outside my control.


Returns & Cancellations

If you experience any issue with your order, please get in touch — resolving problems quickly is the priority.


Non-Returnable Items

Items made to specific size, a chosen colour, or custom specification are considered bespoke and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless:

  • The item is damaged in transit, or
  • The item has a manufacturing fault

Damage or fault claims must include clear photos of both the item and the packaging.


Returnable Items
  • Contact must be made within 14 days of delivery for authorisation
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs

Returns may be refused if items are not returned in suitable condition.


Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this period, or once production has started, cancellations are not possible.


Refunds

Refunds exclude non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (such as PayPal, Stripe, or Square).

A deduction of 2.9% + £0.30 will be applied to cover these fees where applicable.
